Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without providing a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at info@shop-breezy.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
- The item is faulty or defective.
- The incorrect item was received.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
Original shipping charges will be refunded where required under applicable consumer law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@shop-breezy.com and include photographs where possible.
We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Items
