We ship worldwide via MaltaPost. Shipping costs are calculated based on where the delivery address is located, and we offer free local shipping in Malta.

Shipping can take from 6-10 days, and bags shipped outside of the EU can be subject to duties and taxes which you as the customer are responsible for. If you wish to make a return, the duties or however nonrefundable.
In the event of an undelivered package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping or order cancellation.
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. However, please contact us if your package is lost or arrives damaged, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
